FAQ

  • DOES A HOMEOWNER NEED TO BE PRESENT DURING THE APPOINTMENT?

No! Nobody is required to be present at the appointment. Let us know if you will not be home so we can arrange special instructions for entering your home / business, along with gathering any other information we may need from you.

  • Do you use zero residue products?

Absolutely! Our main priority is to provide you with the highest quality carpet cleaning services that will not only restore the beauty of your carpets but also improve the overall health of your indoor environment. Zero Residue products are the best way to be eco-friendly AND pet friendly while still removing dirt, stains, and allergens from your carpets!

  • WHAT ABOUT MY PETS?

If you have furry friends, don’t worry! Our products leave zero harmful residue and are perfectly safe for pets and children. We DO recommend putting your pets somewhere safe and comfortable while we clean, as some pets get anxious with our machines are running. Let us know how you’d like to handle your pets during this service.

  • how often should i have my carpets cleaned?

How often cleanings should be scheduled can vary depending on a number of factors, including the amount of foot traffic in the home, the presence of pets or children, and any allergies or sensitivities in the household.

For households with pets or children, or for individuals with allergies or sensitivities, it may be necessary to have carpets cleaned more frequently, such as every 6-12 months. If those factors do not apply to your household, we suggest a cleaning every 12-18 months!

  • How soon can i walk on the carpet

You may walk on the carpet immediately after cleaning, but we highly recommend only with clean shoes. Wait 24 hours to remove styrofoam blocks and plastic tabs from under furniture. Do not move furniture onto carpet until it is dry.

Normally it takes around 6-10 hours, but can take longer if the carpet is heavily soiled and/or if it is a rainy or humid day. We try to keep the drying time as short as possible, but our first priority is to get your carpet CLEAN and some carpets take more water and solution to get clean. You can speed up the dry time by using ceiling fans or box type fans.

  • who moves furniture

We move sofas, chairs, tables, ottomans, and beds, when possible. We ask that you move the small, easy to move, and breakable items prior to out appointment. We do not move TV centers, computer systems, china cabinets, etc.

  • Do I need to vacuum before my appointment?

It is not required to vacuum before, but highly preferred!
